Curatorial Practice
fotodiskurs
since 2014
fotodiskurs is a show-room for artistic photography and for dialogue about photography in Augsburg, Germany
www.fotodiskurs.de
I send some information about my exhibitions from time to time. If you like to get my newsletter, subscribe here.
At the exhibitions of fotodiskurs the works of a photo artist are confronted by works of at least one different artist. This can be from another contemporary or an artist of former times. Also a painting, a sculpture, literature or another artistic expression is possible.
To keep the discourse going there are further events, which take up, deepen, expand and look at the current topic from different perspectives. Therefore not exhibitory artists exchange their views about the presented art in the 'Jour fixe'. For every discourse there is a booklet released, showing not only the photographs but also excerpts of different sources.
